The room are nice and clean, the washroom well cleaned as well, the hotel is very welcoming but the thing that stands out the most is how professional and care giving the staff is specially mr.shyam.... he made sure that i get the room i requested way before my check in.... once i checked in he called to check if i am comfy and require anything else.... which hotel staff these days do... i will make orchid vue my regular place to stay when on business trips.

The staff was excellent the Manager Mr.Sandeep was excellent in upgrading our stay, Ms. Anmol on the front desk was also very helpful, friendly and willing to assist, Emmanuel was excellent as well. The Tea Shop next door was fantastic, excellent tea!

What I mostly like is the location. The Metro station is 2 min walk and bus halt for many destinations also in same distance. Check-in and check-out process is very quick and staff is very helpful on that.

The hotel rooms are clean and the bathroom water pressure is very good. Can be use as a spa also. The staff is very kind. We had a good Breakfast variety.
